Somerset SnowFest
A celebration of winter! Somerset SnowFest will include a weekend of activities in downtown Skowhegan, at Lake George Regional Park, Skowhegan State Fairgrounds, Coburn Park, and Lakewood Golf Course. Activities will include an ice fishing derby, kayak snow race, box sled race, Skijor Skowhegan, dog sled rides, an ice bar and a lake bar, and more!

Tumbledown Hike
Let’s conquer Tumbledown Mountain! Mara Kavanaugh, a Maine native and avid hiker, will lead us to the summit for spectacular views of the Western Mountains Region. This hike features three peaks, 700-foot cliffs, and a mountain pond. PLACE The race route will begin at 180 West River Rd. In Waterville, Maine (Thomas College) and proceed north towards Kennedy Memorial Drive. The route turns around at Roland Street and back then past the start to Eaglewood Drive (the sports fields) and down the back way through campus to the finish line. NAMI Maine Walks on the Capitol
