Old Bloomfield Cemetery Tour: Early Settlers Friday, June 14, 2019 Waterville Road/ Route 201 South, Skowhegan Trustee Kay Marsh invites you to join her for a tour of the Old Bloomfield Cemetery, believed to be the oldest in Skowhegan. The entrance to the cemetery is on the left side of Route 201 South, about 2 miles from the Skowhegan Bridges. Event is free to the public but a $5. donation is appreciated.

North Cemetery Tour: ‘Useful Citizens’ Wednesday, July 17th, 2019 10am – 12 Madison Avenue, Skowhegan Explore the North Cemetery with former History House director and president Melvin Burnham while he shares colorful accounts of some of Skowhegan's early residents. Meet at the cemetery gate behind Walton Apartments on Madison Avenue. Walking tour is free but a $5. donation is suggested.

This historic walking/guided tour explores the lives of some “Useful Citizens” who are buried at the North Cemetery and how those lives helped shape our community.
