Kids’ Winter Adventure Scavenger Hunt

Join the Skowhegan AmeriCorps Outdoor Recreation Program (SAORP) for an exciting scavenger hunt along the Philbrick Trail. We’ll be within earshot of the rumbling Kennebec River to the north as we walk through a winter forest. During this outing, you’ll come together with family and friends to discover the forgotten treasures of the natural world.
The hike will be a little over one mile with moderate changes in elevation. This trail is perfect for all ages and skill levels; it’s even pet-friendly! Don’t forget to bring poop bags and clean up after your pet!
